Hi Martina,
When I go into this post the picture isn't there. I'm not sure whether you changed something on the original picture or what happened.

Hello Gerri - not sure why you can't see it - it's definitely there - in fact it's huge as I forgot to reduce it down - perhaps that's the problem. I'll try again here: [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]" alt=""/>

It is strange....I still can't see your picture, it just has that 'broken link thingy', I can see the other three pictures that were posted in this section. Obviously Janby could see it. Are you posting with a link to your website, or from a picture that's on your computer?
I did have a look at the picture on your website though, and it is lovely, excellent job on the fur, and I like your background.

That is so strange, I've looked at all my settings, but there doesn't seem to be anything that would prevent me from seeing any pictures, but it does seem to be a problem on my end.

Thank you both for your very encouraging feedback! I'm switching between acrylics, pastels and coloured pencil at the moment, but I think I'm definitely finding CP my favourite.

I know what you mean Martina, I used to paint in acrylics and watercolor, but there's something about cp that hooks you in. I think one of my favorite things about working with cp is that you can pick them up or walk away from what you're working on with on so easily, no mess to worry about or clean, and you can work anywhere.

I can see both pics too. So sorry Gerri. Perhaps you have found out what the trouble was.
I like the painting very much. The fur is fantastic, the color of the eyes is gorgeous. Wonderful family cat!

I can also see both pics, Gerri. Hope your problem is something simple to fix. Love the painting, Martina. You've done such a nice job on the fur, and the eyes are beautiful!

I've solved the problem! In my profile under 'always allow html, no was ticked, I ticked yes and now I can see the pictures. Funny, when I registered that must have been in the default because I didn't change anything. Oh well, I'm glad it's fixed and I can now see the picture. It's a beautiful picture Martina.
